For the Greensboro-High Point Economic Development Center, I led the full design overhaul of a website that had grown outdated and content-heavy over time. Working closely with our communications team, who redeveloped all copy from scratch, I guided the project through a comprehensive design process: mood boards, sitemap, wireframes, mockups, and final deliverables.

A key priority throughout was transforming a cluttered experience into something clean, intuitive, and user-friendly, while still giving the client the space to present all of their essential information. In addition to the overall UI/UX, I created all custom maps, graphs, and infographics featured across the site, as well as the above-the-fold hero video. The collaboration involved multiple rounds of feedback to ensure the final product truly reflected the client's vision. The site also achieved a #1 SEO ranking immediately following launch, a strong early indicator of the redesign's success.
